During the initial consultation we will be going over what features you want.

We will then go over various pages you may want in your app. (This pertains to web and mobile apps).

Next step is the creation of the solution architecture document. A solution architecture document is an entire map of the application you want to develope. You will be able to provide this document to anyone with the skills to create the app from start to finish.

The document may include but is not limited to the following:

• Core Concepts
• The cloud architecture
• Page Flow
• Third Party libraries
• Third Party services
• Scheduled services with flow chart to illustrate functionality
• Software services with the following
  • APIs with the routes, methods, query parameters (if any), body format (if any) amd a flow chart to show the functionality
  • Pages to include content, triggers, on load actions and pre render functionality (if any)
• Data Schemas

In this stage we setup the design for the pages. This is when we create the look and feel of the app.

The next step is developing the app. There are 2 formats that this can take.

1. We develope the app. This is the most flexible option as, if you decide to add new features we will be able to adjust the map of the software. This format may be more expensive than the next option as a high end developer will be creating the software which may be overkill if the scope remains constant.
2. We lead a team of low cost developers. The cloud architecture and core functionality of the app will be developed by us and then the services will be developed by lower cost developers using the solution architecture document to tell them how to code the app. This format tends to be more cost effective but will require a high end developers to adjust the map of the software if there are any changes to the scope.

The last step is maintaining the app.

This is done when the app is complete. Basically we monitor the apps health, add features that you want and fix any bugs as they come up. You can either have us come repair the issues as things come up or retain us to constantly monitor the app, repair issues and add features as needed.
